Shareholder Portal Retired

The Drodler shareholder portal has been permanently retired.

This decision was made by the Board of Directors of Drodler in response to ongoing and evolving cybersecurity threats, and following a determination that a dedicated shareholder portal is no longer necessary to serve the company’s shareholders.

The retirement of the online portal does not, by itself, indicate that the company has ceased operations or that any shareholder agreement or contractual arrangement has been terminated.
